"A little bit of heaven...you were a part of mom's journey as she was getting ready to leave this earth and enter heaven's gates.  She would mouth the words with your songs. One I remember well was 'To The River'.  I too am always blessed with your music."

I watched and heard your family sing a medley someone posted on Facebook.  I was blessed indeed. It has been a long time since I have seen you, and it was good to have the opportunity to see you this way.”  -A.M.

WHO ARE THE STUTZMAN FAMILY SINGERS?

The Stutzman Family Singers really has its roots all the way back to 1992 when God broke into the scene of our lives and transformed and changed us in a supernatural and personal way.  We began writing songs out of the abundance of the New Life inside of us. This was also somewhat of a miracle because although we loved music, neither of us had the knowledge to be able to write out the notes we heard in our minds. So we sang the songs and memorized them and finally made our first recording in the fall of 1993 mainly to be able to share the new songs with others.  To our surprise, we began to sell CDS.

We continued to sing and continued to share what God had done in our lives. People came out of the woodwork and came weeping to the altar, or to our motorhome begging to find freedom from every corner of the country. We began getting letters and notes from truckers who picked one up at a truck stop and were affected by the music. We had people asking to meet us to find the joy that we sang about. We had hurting, broken people asking for help. It was a bit overwhelming. The bondages they were living in. We walked with people as much as we knew how and began begging God to equip us and teach us what we needed to know to be better able to give answers. And we continued to sing.

Our songs became a lifeline held out to the drowning. We knew we didn’t have all the answers but we cared and loved. We spent many days and nights weeping and praying with the desperate souls who came searching. God kept teaching us and we kept getting training but we never lost sight of the fact that music is a window into the soul and can touch a place that words alone may never reach. Our desire has always been to be faithful in that calling.

Looking back, I see how God led us so clearly from darkness to Light and then used the contrast to set a stage for Him to use for His glory.

We have been singing together “officially’ since 2000 and have given hundreds of programs. It is not always easy but I know the One who set us free and changed our lives deserves far more than we could ever suffer for Him. He is the reason we live and the reason we sing.
